TURBOCARE TD04HL/HE22 6cm Hybrid Turbocharger

The Turbo Care TD04HL/HE22 6cm Hybrid Turbocharger is a custom-built performance upgrade engineered to suit a wide range of 2.5–3.0L diesel engine applications.

This hybrid turbo features a CNC-machined compressor cover fitted with a billet HE22 44mm compressor wheel. The result is improved airflow, faster boost response, and increased power potential while maintaining excellent drivability and reliability.

Each turbocharger is professionally assembled and VSR balanced to ensure smooth operation and long service life.

• Turbocharger is supplied without an actuator.
• We offer several actuator options depending on your installation requirements and turbo orientation.
• As this is a custom-built hybrid turbocharger, some applications may require minor modifications during installation.
  

Performance

Suitable for a variety of 2.5–3.0L diesel applications, this hybrid turbocharger is capable of supporting approximately 250 HP with the appropriate supporting modifications and ECU tuning.
